The vehicle has a central frame coupled to two lateral frames by articulated connection. The lateral frames have telescopic masts with horizontal arms for receiving and supporting a horizontal structure. A hydraulic system drives and extends the telescopic masts to raise or lower the horizontal arms. The hydraulic system includes two independent hydraulic units, each having a hydraulic pump linked to a hydraulic cylinder inside a telescopic mast via a hydraulic tube. The telescopic masts are formed with protrusions.
