<p>The body (1) has at least one guide channel (3) containing a sliding tube (4) which protrudes from this channel to present a support surface (41) for cooperating with a support surface (51) on an implant in the patient or in a patient model. The tube is slid into the desired position and fixed into place by e.g. welding, soldering or adhesive. A body with a bridge shape has two or more of these guide channels. The body can be formed by water jet cutting and can be made with one or more tooth elements formed by surface coating.</p> |
