A ventilator is provided to form a connection element by using a single mold and assembly an air duct of which paths are variable into the connection element, thereby compatibly using the ventilator regardless of the structure of a wall surface having a duct mounting hole. A ventilator includes a main body(10), a connection element(20) coupled with the main body and having through-hole parts(31) for air flow, and an air duct(40) coupled with the connection element and variable to face one of both side wall surfaces adjacent to a corner(50) between two wall surfaces where the ventilator is installed. The air duct has a bending part made of flexible materials, and has a suction duct(41) for guiding atmospheric air to a room space and an exhaust duct(42) for discharging room air to the outside, wherein the through-hole parts are a suction hole(31a) for the atmospheric air and an exhaust hole(31b) for the room air.
