A parts pick-up device is provided to improve assembly speed through automation, and to reduce manufacturing costs by performing transfer and assembly of parts simultaneously by rotation of a rotating bar. A parts pick-up device comprises a control unit(30), a transfer unit(40) and an assembly/inspection unit(50). The control unit includes a rotating shaft repeating forward rotation and backward rotation. The transfer unit is coupled to the rotating shaft and equipped with a rotating bar(41) for transferring parts by rotation. The assembly/inspection unit is equipped with a rotating shaft for rotating parts picked up by the rotating bar, assembling and inspecting.
