Ornamental components are loosely deposited on the outer surface of a substrate randomly or following a predetermined pattern. Pressure and heat are applied to an upper thermal resistant layer of a laminate until an intermediate thermal fusible resin layer of the laminate reaches a fusion point such that the laminate adheres to the outer surface of the substrate. The laminate also includes a lower protection layer. A resin layer is applied over the upper thermal resistant layer after cooling and is allowed to harden such that the upper thermal resistant layer is covered.
