THE METHOD FOR MASS CULTIVATION OF LOTUS

A method for mass cultivation of lotus is provided to improve the germination rate of seeds in lotus cultivation, and allow the mass cultivation of lotus at any time and place. A method for mass cultivation of lotus comprises the steps of: removing the skin in the summit part of lotus flower having an oval shape; seeding the lotus flower seeds to the rock wool cube and maintaining the temperature at 15-25 deg. C and supplying water to the seeds to maintain wet state of the embryo to induce the germination; and after germination, maintaining the temperature at 20-25 deg. C and supplying water to the germinated seeds so as not to dry the surface of mud or rock wool cube.
