<p>The invention relates to an implant, used as a support for dental prosthetic constructions, to an instrumentary kit needed for implant operations and to an endo-osseous implant, respectively, which is made by using the same. According to the invention, the implant consists of a body (1) provided with a median cylindrical threaded portion (a), which is continued with a semi-spherical lower portion (b), wherein there are practiced some channels (c), delimited by some cutting edges (d), in a crown area (e) there being provided a portion (f), having a diameter equal to that of the median portion (a) open at the interior part, the body (1) being provided with a blind-end bore (h), open at the upper part. The kit comprising the implant consists of a box and a support plate, provided with some support bushings (10) and some supports (11) comprising a marking cutter (G) with a ball-shaped active portion, some helical augers (H and I) for the operation of preparing the maxilla and for boring and widening the socket in the maxillary bone, some chamfering tools (J) for socket widening, some adaptors (L) for mounting implants, some parallelism elements (M), some little keys (N) provided with an exterior hexangle-shaped active surface, a cutter extension (O), an adaptor (P) for the hand piece, a key (R) for manually screwing in the implant, a micrometer depth gauge (S), a ratchet wrench (T) for screwing in the implant and an adaptor (U) for the ratchet wrench. According to the invention, the implant consists of one of the endo-osseous components (A) or (B) and cover screw (2) or one of the endo-buccal components (C, D, E or F), which are submerged in a socket (tVII) made in a maxilla (35), by means of the instrumetary kit.</p> |
