The method of treatment of allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis and chronic recurrent urticaria, according to the invention, consists in that it is carried out the endonasal electrophoresis with 1% cetirizine solution once a day during 12à15 days and there are administered H1-antihistaminic substances of first generation in the therapeutic dose during the first 5à7 days of treatment per os before going to bed.
