The invention relates to the rotation angle-to-electric signal converters. The rotation angle-to-electric signal converter comprises a magnet (1), in the field of which there is placed a mobile system (2) with the possibility of rotation about its axis. Onto the axis of the mobile system (2) there is installed a sensing element (3), made in the form of bicrystal of a type II superconductor. Measuring of the critical current value is carried out by means of a recording system (4).
