<p>The invention relates to a process and installation for controlling and optimizing the combustion processes of gaseous fuels in a heat plant. According to the invention, the process comprises the steps of continuously measuring the oxygen concentration in stack gases, determining an optimum value imposed for the oxygen concentration in stack gases, comparing the two values of the oxygen concentration in a comparator, regulating the flow of gaseous fuels, comparing the temperature in the heat plant with the temperature imposed to the process, regulating the flow of the combustion air depending on the temperature, such that the parameters of the combustion process be optimized from energetic and environment protection points of view. According to the invention, the installation has a comparator (11) receiving input signals from a computer or programmable automatic system (12) for determining the optimal value of the oxygen concentration in the stack gases, and an from oxygen analyzer (13) for measuring continuously, by means of a probe (14) introduced in the plant, the oxygen concentration in the stack gases, and which controls an air/fuel ratio regulator (8) regulating the flow of gaseous fuel by means of a regulator (7) controlling a regulation valve (6), mounted on the supplying pipe of the burner (3), the air/fuel ratio regulator (8) being connected with the temperature regulator (9) continuously comparing the temperature in the plant measured by a thermocouple (10) with the temperature imposed to the process, the temperature regulator (9) being also connected with the regulator of the combustion air flow (18) controlling a valve (17) for regulating the combustion air flow supplied by a fan (16), the signal emitted by the comparator (11) to the air/fuel ratio regulator (8) being limited to the starting up, stopping or failure by a limiting unit (15).</p> |
