<p>(57) The mixing element for forced mixing in a concrete shovel enhances the quality and speed of mixing while at the same time it also reduces the energy consumption. The mixing element consists of a left (1) and right (2) external sectional wormwheel, which are pushing the material from the sides towards the centre, and an internal segment-structured wormwheel (3) and (5), filling the area between the shaft and the external sectional wormwheel thus pushing the material in the opposite direction regarding the external wormwheel. The concept of the mixing element enables simple production which is from the aspect of material consumption also very effective.</p> |
