The invention relates to the internal combustion engines with conrodless mechanism for transformation of piston reciprocating motion into work shaft rotary motion. The engine comprises four cylinders (1, 2, 3, 4) with conrodless mechanisms, a steam formation, ignition and fuel system. The cylinders (1, 2, 3 4), wherein it is carried out the work with the help of fuel, heat the water with the high-temperature working gases. For that purpose, the injector feeds the water into the cylinders at the end of fuel burning, during the pistons movement. Afterwards, the formed steam, mixed with the used gases, penetrates into the cylinders, the pistons of which take up the steam pressure for movement, and the injector feeds the additional portion of water for a more considerable pushing of pistons. After carrying out the work, the steam is fed into a reservoir with water (25), then again is fed into the cylinders.
