A procedure for continuous or multistage power control and room heating and cooling temperature control under consideration of energy optimization and thermal comfort is characterized in that it exploits the heat, accumulated in room elements (walls, floor, ceiling and furniture), which is appropriate to the permitted deviation of room temperature. In the case of central room heating or cooling, the procedure operates by the central control of temperature in the supply of a heating or cooling medium with regard to the mean daily temperature of the outdoor air, and in the case of local room temperature control, it operates by a room temperature controller with adjustable hysteresis (insensitivity), which enables to exploit the heat accumulated in room elements, appropriate to the permitted deviation of temperature, and to change the position of motor-driven mixing valves of radiators or convectors appropriately to the set room temperature. In the case of room heating and cooling by using variable air flow, it operates by the controller described in the previous paragraph, acting on speed variators of fan driving motors. In the case of heating or cooling individual rooms, it operates by the described room temperature controller acting on power variator for room heating or cooling.
|
