PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect an independent oscillation stabilizing unit to a drive stand so that stability control over the drive stand can be easily exercised with retrofitting the drive stand. SOLUTION: An oscillation stabilizing device comprises the drive stand (3) having a stand drive control mechanism (14) capable of being retrofitted with the oscillation stabilizing unit (2) with a posture detecting sensor (20) and an operation unit (18).
