PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the damping effect of an air sealing object and to extend the service life of the air sealing object when used by preventing air leakage. SOLUTION: Two sheets of external films which laminates up and down and two sheets of internal films between the two sheets of the external films are included, an air pouring channel 9 is formed by joining the two sheets of the internal films to one end of the two sheets of the external films, the side face of the air pouring channel is a buffer room 8 formed by that the internal film and a sheet of the external film are joined by heat seal, and then, an air chamber 11 is formed by joining the two sheets of the external films by a heat sealing means to one end of the air pouring channel, and the air chamber and the air pouring channel are made to penetrate.
