PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing brush for a car washing machine and a car washing machine capable of reducing manufacturing cost and increasing washing effect by increasing strength of a brush piece. SOLUTION: In the washing brush for the car washing machine for automobile washing or vehicle washing, the brush piece 1 of the washing brush 6 has a lower brush member 2a fixed to a shaft body 5; and upper brush members 2b, 2b joined by a joint part 3 existing at a midway of the lower brush member 2a and extending to a distal end. Further, the lower brush member 2a is extended such that a distance from the joint part 3 to a release end of the lower brush member 2a becomes larger than a distance from the joint part 3 to a shaft side end of the upper brush member 2b.
