An uninterruptible insulation cover structure for an extra high voltage cable is provided to standardize a winding of the uninterruptible insulation cover using a simple assembly process. An uninterruptible insulation cover structure for an extra high voltage cable includes an insulation cover frame(10), a sealed ring(20), and a soft cutting-off plate(30). The insulation cover frame of a rubber material is fixed on a coating of both sides of an extra high voltage cable. A left/right connection ring unit is formed on both sides of the insulation cover frame. A protrusion part having a penetration hole, and a fixed protrusion unit having an internal nut are formed on a side of the left/right connection ring unit. A side of the sealed ring is inserted and inwardly protruded into a sealed ring groove of an inner circumference of the left/right connection ring unit. An end of the soft cutting-off plate is inserted into an insertion groove of the insulation cover frame. Both ends of the soft cutting-off plate are inserted into the insertion groove of an inner plane of the left/right connection ring unit. The other end of the soft cutting-off plate is inserted into the insertion groove of a connection bar.
