The invention relates to a meat-processing industry, in particular, to vacuum fillers for transporting and vacuuming meat farce.The inventive task is aimed at providing reliable vacuuming with high process efficiency.The process is characterized in that a feeder, creating a primary pressure of meat farce, is embodied as a screw feeder of volume type having an outer channel of the meat farce return formed between the screw and the housing, wherein the volumetric capacity exceeds the capacity of the main feeder by 1.5–6 times.The present invention permits to manufacture a device for filling casing with meat farce and vacuuming thereof, improving the vacuuming quality and increasing the process efficiency. |
