Pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and/or allergic conjunctivitis is disclosed, which comprises as active ingredients a combination of at least one antihistamine, a stereoisomer, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof and ciclesonide, pharmaceutical acceptable salts of ciclesonide, epimers of ciclesonide optionally in any mixing ratio with ciclesonide, solvates of ciclesonide or solvates thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and/or one or more excipients.
