FIELD: oil production industry, particularly well construction and repair. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises telescopically arranged inner and outer bodies, as well as valve with seat. Windows are made in lower part of outer body. Inner body is hollow and provided with splines and with valve arranged on outer surface thereof. The valve is made as plug installed over the seat. The seat is retained on inner surface of outer body by means of breakable member and is provided with fingers. Valve and seat may cooperate with each other in working position. Axial grooves for finger receiving are formed in outer surface of outer body. Outer body is additionally provided with packer made as elastic sleeve and located below upper windows. The packer is fixed relatively outer body from below and is reinforced with shell located inside the packer. Expanding cone is arranged on outer surface of outer body over the shell. Cone is connected to seat fingers and may be fixed with respect to outer body and cooperate with packer in working position. Upper body top is threadedly connected with sub provided with grooves formed in inner surface thereof. In initial position inner body is connected with the sub by means of shear screw. Inner body splines are joined with sub grooves. In working position upper windows may be hermetically closed with expandable cone. ^ EFFECT: simplified structure and increased load-bearing capacity. ^ 1 dwg
