A wheeled vehicle comprises a frame, and at least one inflatable tire operatively mounted on the frame for permitting rolling travel of the vehicle. A sealable chamber is defined by the frame for receiving and retaining compressed gas therein. A first gas flow aperture is disposed in the frame for permitting the ingress of gas into the sealable chamber and egress of gas from the sealable chamber. A first selectively operable valve is mounted on the frame at the first gas flow aperture for sealing the sealable chamber by precluding the egress of the compressed gas from the sealable chamber.
