FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food should be manufactured due to cutting and blanching potatoes and brown onions; cutting and freezing green onions and the greens; freezing fresh grains of green peas; cutting pickled cucumbers and the fillet of salted sprats. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with common salt and mustard. The mixture obtained and sour cream should be packed, sealed and sterilized. The suggested canned food is of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. |
