Uses of mammalian cytokine; agonists and antagonists for modulating antigen presenting cell priming of T cells

Provided are methods of making medicaments for use in modulating dendritic cell activity employing agonists or antagonists of TSLP/IL50 or TSLP/IL50 receptors (TSLP/IL50R) for modulating antigen presenting cell (APC) priming of T cells. Also provided are ex vivo methods of treating autologous or allogeneic antigen presenting cells from a subject suffering from an immune disorder comprising administration of agonists or antagonists of TSLP/IL50 or TSLP/IL50 receptors (TSLP/IL50R).
