FIELD: solid-state microelectronics and nanoelectronics. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed supercapacitor designed for use as basic component of hybrid devices dispensing with external power supplies as it functions due to its stored electric charge has substrate made of insulating material or high-resistance semiconductor that carries sequentially disposed metal layer structurally adjoined through coherent boundary with next layer of superior conductor and top electrode of conducting material also structurally adjoined with superior conducting layer through coherent boundary; novelty is that top electrode is made of material affording formation of Schottky barrier conducting on one end at preceding-layer boundary. ^ EFFECT: facilitated manufacture of wide range of solid-state supercapacitors. ^ 6 cl, 6 dwg
