A method of toolless forming of asymmetric blades of forgings, for example, of the blades of excavator teeth, includes manufacture of derived doubled billet, warming-up of its middle part to blacksmith temperatures and stretching by cold ends with simultaneous formation of tapering points and separation of one forging from another. At heating-up the difference of temperatures along the cross section of opposite sides of doubled billet is changed from zero to the temperature of hot forming. |
