METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF FRICTION COEFFICIENT OF MATERIAL

摘要

Method for determination of friction coefficient of material includes laying particles of material to inside of hollow rotary cylinder, determination of radial angle of lift of particle of material with friction fro bottom of inner surface of cylinder, calculation of friction coefficient. At determination of radial angle of lift of particle of material from bottom of the inner surface of cylinder one determines maximal and minimal radial angles of lift at its vibrations in process of rotation of hollow cylinder. Hollow cylinder is rotated with =frequency of rotation that provides linear frequency of rotation of its inner surface not more than 0.1 m/s, friction coefficient is calculated by formula.
