According to the invention in the method for continuous gravimetric dosing of bilk materials to sintering devices one sets instantaneous value of flow mass and performs dosing by means of dosing device (8) through determination of type of bulk material. Instantaneous values of heating value of bulk material one determines from type of bulk material, its known heating value and determined mass flow rate. Flow through ability of dosing device (8) one controls by means of adjustment to given feeding intensity with account of instantaneous value of heating value. Respective device (1) is described as well, for direct gravimetric dosing of bulk materials to sintering devices (40), this includes dosing device (8) by means of which bulk material is dosed. There are installed as well system for material recognition (20) for determination of type of bulk material, computer block (30) for determination of instantaneous value of heating value of bulk material and dosing controller (10) by means of which flow through ability of dosing device (8) is controlled, through adjustment to given intensity of feeding with account of instantaneous value of heating value. |
