The vehicle (1) has a cover (2) of a boot (3) articulated between a closing position of the boot and an opening position. The opening position towards the front permits access to the boot, and towards the back permits displacement of a retractable roof (4) between a closing position of a cab interior (5) and storage position at the interior of a boot compartment. A maintenance unit (6) maintains the roof in the storage position inside the boot compartment, where the unit avoids vertical and/or horizontal displacement of the roof when the cover is in the closed position.
