FIELD: heat-and-power engineering, particularly to obtain partly desalted decarbonated make-up water to be introduced into heat supply system. ^ SUBSTANCE: system comprises serially connected coarse water purification plant provided with clarified water line, reverse-osmosis desalting plant having permeate line and concentrate line and metering unit for metered antiscalant mixing with water. System additionally has bypass clarified water line, which bypasses reverse-osmosis desalting plant and is linked to permeate line, and decarbonization unit included in permeate line and having decarbonated permeate line. Concentration line of reverse-osmosis desalting plant has electrodialysis device with bipolar diaphragms with acid solution conveyance to permeate line upstream of decarbonization unit, with alkaline solution discharge line, which conveys alkaline solution to permeate line downstream of decarbonization unit and with diluate discharge line. ^ EFFECT: provision of necessary amount of make-up water without the use of marketable reagents, decreased waste mineralized substance discharge into environment, increased degree of inner system mineral sources usage for production of acid and alkali solutions used for make-up water treatment. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl, 2 ex |
