FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: fixation unit, provided with support members for interacting with upper jaw and with occiput bone of skull within area of occiput tubercle. Patient is hung vertically by his/her head by using fixation units for head. Lower extremities of patient are fixed onto support of device. After that support is turned to sloped or horizontal position and spinal column is subject to extension additionally due to action onto draught of device for fixing head and/or onto adjustable fixer for lower extremities. According to second version of device, patient lays down onto support of device immediately after aids for fixing head are applied. Lower extremities are fixed onto support of device and support is put into sloped or horizontal position. Extension is carried out due to draught of device for fixing head and/or onto adjustable fixer of lower extremities. Device has two frames. One frame is stationary and t is provided with aid for mounting it into vertical position. Other frame, connected with first one, is made rotary for placement in sloped and horizontal position and it is connected with support to place patient. Support is connected with aid for interaction with patient's head by means of length-adjusted draught and with fixer of patient's lower extremities. ^ EFFECT: widened abilities of device; improved reliability; higher efficiency at application for obese patients whose weight exceeds 100 kg. ^ 52 cl, 5 dwg |
