The device has an elastic unit and a pair of portions (2, 3) moved with respect to each other, where the device adopts open and closed configurations. An elastic flexible band (5) locks the device in the closed configuration and has a unit for passing the device from the closed configuration to the open configuration. Slides fix a detachable part (12) on one of the portions, where the part is folded when it is fixed on the portion. The part is unfolded and ejected under the effect of the elastic unit during the passage of the device from the closed configuration to the open configuration.
