The assembly has a countersunk head (110`) preformed so as to adapt to the shape of a rotary cylinder (111`) at the level of its end which is not connected to a stem (120`) of a countersunk screw (100`). The longitudinal axis of the rotary cylinder corresponds to a longitudinal axis of the screw, and a countersunk hole (200`) is adapted to the shape of a hollow rotary cylinder at the level of its widened end, where the head of the screw has a cylindrical shape with large thickness.
