The structure has an upper rolling slab comprising conical volume reservations opening at two ends, where vertical axis of the reservations is in coincidence with a vertical axis of poles. The poles are required for maintaining the slab, where the small diameter of the poles is at the surface of the slab. An armature of the slab is reinforced at the level of conical support surfaces on the poles by a concentric horizontal strapping made of steel. An independent claim is also included for a method for realizing an engineering structure.
