The balloon has a tubing with 2 canals and used for initial filling, where the tubing is left in a gastric lumen. The tubing is retrieved via endoscopic channel by using a biopsy forceps and removed from the mouth of a patient. The balloon remains in place in the stomach of the patient. The volume of the canals of the tubing is modified and the tubing is reintroduced in the stomach of the patient by using the biopsy forceps. The structure of the balloon is reinforced locally, circumferentially or not, such that reinforcement is responsible for bending. An independent claim is also included for a system permitting a secured extraction of intra-gastric balloon with filler connection.
