The method involves extracting and retrieving a reserve sorting output from a logical waiting list (36) of reserve sorting outputs. An index representing a logical destination allocated to another sorting output and a chronological order number, for the allocation of trays to the destination, is allocated to an empty tray. The latter output is inserted in the list, the tray is loaded in the latter output in the place of a full tray and the full tray is removed from a sorting machine. |
