<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves assigning a zero value to de-quantized frequency coefficients of a matrix forming de-quantized frequency blocks, and applying an inverse discrete cosine transformation (IDCT) (309) to the coefficients by a wired electronic circuit to obtain de-quantized spatial coefficients. A set of de-quantized spatial coefficients with pixel values of a final image is selected in de-quantized spatial blocks (308-1 - 308-3) to form final spatial blocks (310-1 - 310-3).
