<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The cleat has two sections to be connected to a wall and a frame of a door frame by two connection units, respectively. A band (58) has a central part (60) with a rib (62) on both sides and a number of holes (64) disposed along a longitudinal direction of the band with a diameter adapted to that of a screw. The holes are formed before cutting and folding the cleat. The ribs have an M shaped section. One connection unit has a groove and a cramp. The cramp has a boss whose height is equal to the height of the groove of about 4 millimeters or slightly lower than that of the groove. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a device for fixing a door frame. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for fixing a sliding door type door frame to a wall (claimed) at a level of bay or opening of the wall. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The central part has holes disposed along the longitudinal direction of the band with the diameter adapted to that of the screw, so that it is not necessary to form oblong holes after cutting and folding the cleat. The holes are formed before cutting and folding the cleat, thus simplifying the fabrication and reducing the production and transport costs of the cleat. The ribs have an M shaped section, thus reinforcing the stiffness of the cleat and limiting deformation of the cleat.
