A method and an apparatus for reproducing audio visual data are provided to inform a user of the inclusion of an application comprising an indeterminate start time, thereby using all applications provided by content producers. A method for reproducing audio visual data comprises the steps of: reading reproduction order information from the audio visual data to discriminate whether an application having an indeterminate start time is included(502); if included, displaying that an executable application exists through an input device(504); and if an execution command of the application is received from the input device, executing the application(506). |
