The device has a circular rubber band (6) with rubber belt having strips of 50 centimeters width and 70 centimeters length, where the strips are rotated by an electric motor (2) of six to twelve volts. The motor is associated with a transformer (5) of 220 volts fixed outside a shower cubicle, and is supplied by a water turbine. A water rake (9) includes small holes for supplying water to the band, and is fixed on a wall of the shower cubicle.
