A locking device of an inside handle for a vehicle is provided to lock/unlock of a door easily and to simplify installation work by rotating a latch of a latch assembly with rotating motion of one wire rod. A locking device of an inside handle for a vehicle comprises a fastening sill(2a), a transferring screw shaft(10), a compression spring(S), a first differential gear(20), a supporting frame(30), a second differential gear(40), a spline gear unit(51), and a wire rod(50). The first differential gear has a guide groove(21) at an outer periphery. The supporting frame is installed in the door, and rotates the guide groove of the first differential gear. The second differential gear is tooth-engaged to the first differential gear, and wherein a spline hole(41) is formed at central. The spline gear unit is formed to longitudinal direction and engaged to the spline hole of the second differential gear. One end of the wire rod is linked to a latch of a latch assembly(A) to drive the latch.
