A palm fiber-molding body and a method for producing the same are provided to form the palm fiber-molding body in a pallet type, thereby producing molding bodies of various shapes and reducing dust or particulates generated during transfer or storage of palm fiber powder. Palm fibers gathered from various kinds of palms are crushed into 10-20 meshes. The crushed palm fibers are washed with high-pressure water. The washed palm fibers are inputted into an ozone water tank having an ozone concentration of 35 mg/l or more, and aerated for 4-12 hours within the ozone water tank. The ozone-processed palm fibers are dried. The dried palm fibers are crushed into palm fiber powder. Conjugates are prepared by conjugating 70-85 wt% of the palm fiber powder, 5-10 wt% of calcium carbonate, 4-8 wt% of starch, 3-7 wt% of vegetable oil, and 3-5 wt% of natural powder. The natural powder is selected from citrus powder, pine-nut bud powder, cactus powder, or a combination thereof. The conjugates are molded into a cylindrical pellet having a diameter of 2-3 mm and a length of 5-8 mm. A molding body is formed by supplying the pallet to a molding frame and applying heat and pressure to the pallet. |
