PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent composition usable for a sol-shaped thermoplastic elastomer composition, having storage characteristics equal to those of a polyvinyl chloride-based resin sol, enabling rotational molding in a low temperature range of≤220°C, having excellent room-temperature fluidity and molten resin fluidity, and exhibiting very small change with time at room temperature. SOLUTION: The solvent composition usable for the sol-shaped thermoplastic elastomer composition contains (a) 100 pts.wt. softener for a nonaromatic rubber, (b) 25-700 pts.wt. aqueous solvent, (c) 0.1-40 pts.wt. surfactant and (d) 1-700 pts.wt. viscosity-controlling material.
