FIELD: oil production, particularly to produce heavy viscous and paraffin-resin containing oil. ^ SUBSTANCE: oil production device comprises production string with working orifices and pipeline arranged inside production string. The pipeline is provided with pressure and suction valves. Working orifices of production string are grouped in two rows, namely in upper and lower ones located opposite to water-bearing seam and oil-bearing reservoir. Space between production string and pipeline is separated over water-bearing seam and oil bearing reservoir by upper and lower packers correspondingly. Pipeline interior may be communicated with oil-bearing reservoir through lower working orifice row by means of suction valve and with water-bearing seam by through upper working orifice row by means of pressure valve. Pipeline is provided with seat located over pressure valve. The seat may retain plunger pump cylinder in air-tight manner and provides plunger pump cylinder removal after retaining force overcoming. ^ EFFECT: prevention of heat carrier contact with well product, increased efficiency of extracted product heating in well and decreased costs of heat carrier preparation. ^ 2 dwg
