摘要 FIELD: aluminum industry; evaporation of superheated solutions and suspensions for concentration or generation of vapor. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of superheated solution, forming boiling flow with floating vapor bubbles in passage of horizontal cylindrical self-evaporation chamber and discharge of boiled cooled solution and vapor from self-evaporation chamber. Part of solution in form of circulating solution is separated from discharged cooled solution, after which superheated solution and circulating solution are mixed and mixture thus obtained is fed to self-evaporation chamber. Flow is formed at the following inequality: (S.h.L)/G>=h/Vvap. at preset magnitudes S, h, L, G, Vvap., where S is width of flow, m; h is depth of one flow, m; G is preset flow rate of vapor,m3/s; Vvap. is rate of floating of vapor bubbles, m/s. Prior to forming the flow, mixed solution is distributed in self-evaporation chamber in width. Device proposed for realization of this method has horizontal cylindrical self-evaporation chamber with covers in butt sections, at least one passage for boiling solution, unit for discharging the boiled flow and separating it into circulating and discharged solutions and unit for discharging the superheated solution. Self-evaporation chamber is provided with collector for receiving the solution mixture and transferring it to at least one passage. Device is also provided with unit for delivery of circulating and superheated solutions; outlet of solution mixture supply unit is connected with solution mixture receiving collector and inlet is connected with superheated solution introducing unit and circulating superheated solution discharge unit. Each passage is mounted between lower part of chamber and collector for flow of vapor formed at self-evaporation of flow in lower passage. ^ EFFECT: reduced losses of processing solution; avoidance of contamination of vapor; increased amount of vapor; optimal sizes of self-evaporation chamber. ^ 10 cl, 5 dwg
