<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a non-deformable plate (1) and a cylindrical level (2) inserted in the plate. The level permits, when the plate is placed on a block to be constructed (5), to position the block horizontally at the top locations until a bubble is at the center. A laser level rod (4) is fixed to a rotary mast (3) that orients the rod towards a user. The mast adjusts the block at the desired height. The plate is hit at the middle, after the block is positioned, until the rod indicates that the desired level is reached. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for positioning a block e.g. brick and concrete block, horizontally and at a selected height for a building (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The single device permits to collect or replace the existing tools, thus obtaining gain in time and precision. The soft board is non-deformable to heat, cold and impacts e.g. hammer blow.
