FIELD: processes and equipment for producing helical porous product by extrusion. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is realized due to using pneumatic system for applying regulated pressure to gate unit and due to using drive unit for applying to gate unit almost constant pressure. In variant of invention pair of tubes inserted one to other and communicated with gate unit and with air pressure source may apply almost constant pressure to proximal or distal end of gate unit. According to next variant of invention it is possible to use linear drive unit for applying to gate almost constant pressure. Such pressure allows more accurately control helix pitch of extruded helical porous product. ^ EFFECT: production of similar-shape pieces of extruded helical porous product due to fine regulation of pitch of helix of extruded helical product. ^ 25 cl, 16 dwg
