The device has a floater (1) connected to a piston (2) by a cable, where the piston slides in a cylinder (3) situated inside a barge (4). Heavy chains are hooked to the base of the barge and maintain the barge in water, and a pressure regulator is animated by a monometer and connected to a compressor by a tube. The piston counters an inertia force, which is higher than a push exerted by the piston, when the piston slides in the cylinder along the movement of the waves in order to permit a pumping effect.
