摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining different metals by the resistance welding, which method can remove an oxide film in a joined interface, and can firmly join the different metals while suppressing the generation of intermetallic compound in a joining process, and further to provide a strong joined structure of the different metals by the resistance welding. SOLUTION: When a galvanized steel sheet 1 and an aluminum alloy sheet 2 are overlapped, and are welded by the resistance welding by causing the eutectic melting of the zinc in the plating layer 1p of the galvanized steel sheet 1 and aluminum, a thick wall portion T to form a curved welded surface is formed on one or both of the steel sheet 1 and the aluminum alloy sheet 2, preferably at the joining portion of the aluminum alloy sheet 2.
