PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery pack with remaining amount indicator capable of avoiding unnecessary discharge caused by the remaining amount indicator and surely conducting repeated checking of the remaining amount. SOLUTION: In the storage battery pack 2 for a hand-held tool device equipped with a housing 4 housing a plurality of storage batteries 28, operable from the outside, and having a connection means 18 for electrically connecting to the storage battery 28, and the remaining amount indicator 22 operable with an outside switch means operable from the outside, the outside switch means is constituted with an operation means 16 of a lock mechanism 14 of the storage battery pack 2. Suitably, the remaining amount indicator 22 is connected to a measuring electronic instrument 34 operable with an inside switch means 36 installed in the housing 4, and the inside switch means 36 is mechanically connected to the operation means 16.
