PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center mount structure of a vehicular propeller shaft capable of reducing the vibration and the noise of a vehicle, and ensuring the improvement of the ride quality and the habitability. SOLUTION: In the center mount 30 of a propeller shaft 1, a front propeller shaft 2 and a rear propeller shaft 5 are connected to each other via a joint 10, a front end of the front propeller shaft 2 is connected to an output shaft of a power unit by a universal joint 7, and a rear end of the rear propeller shaft 5 is connected to a differential device by a joint 8. An inner cylindrical member 32 which stores an outer race 31b of a bearing 31 to support the rear end of the front propeller shaft 3 and is mounted on a vehicle body 50 via an insulator 33 and an outer cylindrical member 34 is formed of an aluminum alloy.
